Digital Marketing · Abu Dhabi

Digital marketing in Abu Dhabi is mostly noise. Here's what works instead.

"The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well that the product or service fits him and sells itself." — Peter Drucker

You searched "digital marketing Abu Dhabi" because something isn't converting. The agency you tried last year burned AED 20,000 on ads. The freelancer posted reels for six months. Neither asked the question that matters: why aren't people buying in the first place?

What you searched for · What you actually need

You don't need another agency. You need someone to tell you what's actually broken.

Run paid ads on Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
Diagnose why your offer isn't converting in the first place.
Manage your social media calendar.
Rebuild the message that makes the social worth managing.
Build a funnel.
Test whether the funnel is the problem — it usually isn't.
Optimize creative endlessly.
Reframe the decision the buyer is making.
Charge a monthly retainer to execute.
Sell strategy in days, then step back.

If you came here looking for someone to run your Google Ads — I'm not it. If you came here because your Google Ads aren't working and nobody can tell you why — keep reading.

The pattern

Six reasons digital marketing in Abu Dhabi leaks money — and not one of them is "the algorithm."

i. Borrowed positioning

Most positioning is borrowed.

UAE founders copy positioning from US-based competitors. Your buyer in Abu Dhabi doesn't decide the way an American buyer does. The frame is wrong before the campaign starts.

ii. Trust signals

Trust signals don't translate.

Generic testimonials and "trusted globally" claims don't move buyers in a relationship-driven market. Specificity and local social proof do.

iii. Pricing

Pricing is hidden in the wrong places.

"Contact us for a quote" maximizes ambiguity aversion. Buyers compare you against the one competitor who does publish — and you lose by default.

iv. Funnel logic

Funnels assume rational buyers.

Most funnels are designed for someone who weighs features. Buyers decide emotionally and justify rationally. The funnel architecture is fighting the buyer's brain.

v. The offer

The offer is built for everyone.

A specific buyer with a specific problem converts. "We work with SMEs across all industries" converts no one.

vi. Sequence

Execution starts before strategy.

Agencies make money on retainers. So they execute. The diagnosis nobody charged for is the diagnosis that doesn't happen.

How it actually works

Strategy first. Channels second. Execution third — and only if needed.

Most digital marketing in Abu Dhabi is sold backwards. Execution comes first, strategy gets bolted on, the diagnosis gets skipped entirely. I run it the other way.

01

Diagnose first.

Ninety minutes inside your offer, content, social, and funnel. We identify which behavioral lever is broken — almost always positioning, pricing, or trust signaling. You leave the call with a 7-day action list and a written diagnostic delivered within 48 hours.

02

Rebuild the foundation.

If the diagnostic shows a positioning or messaging problem, we run a 4-week Strategy Sprint. Output: rewritten core copy, founder LinkedIn rewrite, 30-day content calendar with first 10 posts drafted, 90-day execution roadmap. Concrete deliverables, not a shelf report.

03

Execute deliberately.

Once the strategy is right, execution becomes the easy part. You execute it yourself, hand it to your team, or — if you want me embedded — bring me on as a Fractional Marketing Partner for ongoing strategy and execution oversight.

Engagement models

Three ways to work together. Each one starts with the Diagnostic.

Strategy Diagnostic

A 90-minute live session that audits your full marketing through a behavioral economics lens. Delivers a 2-page written diagnostic and 7-day action list within 48 hours. The fastest way to know what's actually broken — and what to do about it.

Strategy Sprint

A 4-week engagement to rebuild positioning, messaging, and the foundations of how your digital marketing communicates. Three working sessions plus concrete deliverables you can implement immediately.

Fractional Marketing Partner

An ongoing strategic and executional partnership for founders who want senior marketing thinking embedded in their business — without the cost of a full-time CMO.

Every engagement begins with the Diagnostic. Investment is discussed after a short fit conversation.

Be honest for 30 seconds

This is not for everyone. That's the point.

This is for you if:

  • You're a founder of a service business in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or across the UAE.
  • You suspect your digital marketing has a positioning or messaging problem, not a tactical one.
  • You want a diagnosis before you commit to ongoing work.
  • You believe marketing is leverage, not labour.
  • You're the decision-maker on marketing.

This is not for you if:

  • You're looking for someone to run your Google Ads for AED 1,500/month — that's not what I do.
  • You haven't sold anything yet (different conversation needed).
  • You're looking for "more content" rather than "better positioning."
  • You expect a 40-page slide deck instead of a one-page action plan.
  • Marketing decisions need committee approval at your firm.

Quick questions

Frequently asked.

Do you run paid ads or manage social media for me?

No. I diagnose what to fix and design the strategy. Execution can be done by you, your team, your existing agency, or — for ongoing engagements — by me as a Fractional Marketing Partner. Strategy is the leverage; execution is the labour.

I already have a digital marketing agency in Abu Dhabi. Can we still work together?

Yes — most clients keep their existing agency. The Diagnostic identifies what the agency should be doing differently. I work with your agency, not against them.

How is this different from hiring a digital marketing consultant?

Most digital marketing consultants in the UAE optimize tactics — ad creative, audience targeting, conversion rates. I work upstream. The behavioral economics lens reframes the offer, message, and pricing before the tactics. Tactics without strategy is expensive.

Do you work with businesses outside Abu Dhabi?

Yes. Based in Abu Dhabi, working with founders across Dubai, Sharjah, and the wider UAE — as well as remote clients globally. The Diagnostic and Sprint are fully remote.

Why behavioral economics, specifically?

Traditional marketing optimizes for attention. Behavioral economics optimizes for decision. Kahneman, Tversky, Thaler and Ariely proved that buyers decide emotionally and justify logically. Marketing that ignores that pattern is fighting how buyers actually think.

What's the investment for the Diagnostic?

Investment is shared after a brief fit conversation. The Diagnostic is the lowest-commitment way to test fit and value before any larger engagement.

Stop paying for digital marketing that's fighting your buyer's brain.

Ninety minutes. A 2-page written diagnostic. A 7-day action list.
